Expiry dates

Pack sessions are generally used within a certain number of days from pack purchase.

■ 10 session packs expire within 90 days of purchase

Extensions will be given if reasonable notice is given that you will be away on holiday/business or have an injury/illness.


​​Late arrivals

We ask that you arrive five (5) minutes prior to the start of your sessions so they can start on time.

If you’re running late, your session time will be reduced accordingly and will still finish at the allotted time. This ensures our other clients are not inconvenienced so that their sessions can start on time.

If your personal trainer arrives late for your session, you will receive the allotted time for your session, however, if this isn’t convenient for you, the time will be made up at the next available session.


Missed appointment

If you miss your booked session and you have not contacted your personal trainer prior to the session taking place, this will be counted as a no-show and you will be charged for the session.


Cancellations and reschedules

If you cancel a booked session with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to attend a booked session, you will be charged for the session.

Last minute cancellations or attempts to reschedule bookings are inconvenient for our personal trainer and our other clients. Although our personal trainer will make every effort to be flexible and accommodate you, they will do so when a legitimate reason is provided such as a medical emergency, injury or illness.



Medical emergency or injury/illness

Cancelling and rescheduling due to legitimate illness/injury or in case of emergency will be accepted as long as we have been given reasonable notice prior to the booked session.

​If you are unwell and you are not sure whether you should train or not, please contact your personal trainer for advice prior to your session. An alternative make-up session can also be arranged for that same week if needed.



If it is raining, sessions will continue as normal as an undercover area may be chosen so that the session can continue. An alternative make-up session can also be arranged for that same week if needed.

In the event of extreme weather conditions such as hail, flood or cyclone, and your session needs to be cancelled, you will not be charged for that session.


Public holidays

Training will not take place on public holidays unless you have arranged with your personal trainer. If your sessions are booked for a set day each week and if any of these fall on a public holiday, training will recommence the following week at no loss to you.

To cancel/reschedule

■ You must contact 0413 686 067 24 hours prior to your booked session taking place.

■ Your personal trainer will check if there is any other availability for that week and get back to you with confirmation of the rescheduled booking time as quickly as possible so you do not forfeit the session.

■ You are expected to confirm the rescheduled booking time as soon as possible.

■ If you then cancel your rescheduled booked session, you will forfeit the session and that session will be marked as redeemed.

Exceptions will be at the discretion of your personal trainer.


Training absences

If you know you are going to be away, please provide your personal trainer with seven (7) days notice for any absences. This is so that we can allot those sessions to our other clients. Your personal trainer will provide you with at least seven (7) days notice should they have any prolonged absences and alternative personal training arrangements will be discussed with you.

Nutrition Intuition, our personal trainers and other personnel abide by the Fitness Australia Code of Ethics which is founded on honesty, veracity, confidentiality, justice, respect, and autonomy. This code acts as a guide in our relationships and responsibilities to our clients. You will be respected and treated like an individual and genuine care shown towards your health and fitness goals.



If you are unable to continue your fitness program due to a change in circumstance, such as moving interstate or having an unforeseen medical condition that impacts your ability to exercise, or other reason, please contact us in writing via email explaining your circumstance. After review and consideration, we may refund you for any remaining unused sessions that you may have already paid for. A small administration fee of $50 will apply.
