Training Points
- We screen and assess you prior to starting
- You get a Personal Trainer for 45 minutes each session twice a week and prompts about what else you can do to increase your fitness
- You can work at your own pace for your level of fitness
- Together, we’ll work on developing healthy habits – we have videos explaining each habit

When is it?
Monday and Wednesday mornings at 5.30-6.15am AEST – Brisbane (or 6.30-7.15am AEDT – Sydney/Melbourne).

What you need
BYO internet connected computer/laptop/smart phone, yoga mat, towel and water bottle. If you are outside a hat and sunscreen are also recommended.
If you have equipment we can work with it, otherwise we can work with your own bodyweight.
