When is it?
Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6.30-7.15am AEST – Brisbane (or 7.30-8.15am AEDT – Sydney/Melbourne).

What you need
BYO internet connected computer/laptop/smart phone, yoga mat, towel and water bottle. If you are outside a hat and sunscreen are also recommended.
If you have equipment we can work with it, otherwise we can work with your own bodyweight.
