Working as part of a group will give you the support you need to push yourself so you feel a real sense of achievement at the end of each workout. But it’s in the privacy of your own home!

- We screen and assess you prior to starting
- You get a Personal Trainer training you in a small group for a 30 minute session three times a week
- We give you prompts about what else you can do to increase your fitness
- You can attend sessions live* or catch the replay or do them as many times as you like during the week
- You can work at your own pace for your level of fitness – we give recommendations to make exercises easier or harder
- What’s the PLUS!? Together, we’ll work on developing healthy habits – we have videos explaining each habit
- You’ll be able to track your fitness and new habits
- You’ll receive regular messages of support and
- Free membership to our Facebook group!

When is it?
Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings at 6.30-7am AEST – Brisbane (or 7.30-8am AEDT – Sydney/Melbourne).
We promise to help you reach your goals as soon as physically possible, in a safe way.

What you need
BYO internet connected computer/laptop/smart phone, yoga mat, towel and water bottle. If you are outside a hat and sunscreen are also recommended.
If you have equipment we can work with it, otherwise we can work with your own bodyweight.
