Dietitian Appointment
- What if I don’t want to book online?
- Use the contact form to email Dale, providing your contact details and 3 appointment day/time options which suit you. You will get a reply with in 2 business days confirming your appointment.
- I prefer face-to-face rather than a telehealth or telephone appointment.
- Many apologies, at present Dale’s office is under-going renovation so is not available for face-to-face appointments.
- Can I be bulk billed?
- Dale doesn’t usually bulk bill clients under Medicare.
